“Wonderful Christmas at The Hotel Villa del Mar”

Another Magic family who had a wonderfull christmas and shared their experience on Tripadvisor.

”We travelled as a group of 5 and stayed here from 24th December to 31st. Wonderful hotel! This was our first visit to Benidorm and we were so pleased that we chose the Hotel Villa Del Mar just like the previous reviewer we can only recommend it to all. The rooms, the food - fabulous Christmas Night Gala Dinner which included as well as numerous starters, a soup, a fish, a sorbet and a meat course I could go on - but, all I can say is if you are considering a Christmas stay in Benidorm and want to sample something other than a British Christmas lunch, this is the hotel for you and the quality of the food remined constant throughout the week , always plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention the snacks in between. The rooms were large and comfortable with good sized bathrooms. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace, indoor pool, small gym and a spa.The thing that makes this hotel though, is the staff, everyone was pleasant and always smiling. Lovely efficient check-in on arrival (complete with glass of cava!) and excellent service from there on. I celebrated my 50th birthday whilst we were there and the management and staff helped my daughter to arrange flowers etc on the day, with a selection of ‘birthday cakes’ delivered along with the flowers to our table at dinner on the night. We heard one or two guests complain about the standard of the evening entertainment but because of this hotels location you are only a stroll away from the bars and night life of Bendorm. We would definately return maybe next time to sample the New Year Gal Night! After some pre booking research, overall, Hotel Villa Del Mar met our expectations of what we had booked.”

”Thank you so much to all management and staff especially including William for making us so welcome on our visit last week to say hello. Very much appreciated New year drink and the fantastic greeting by hotel manager and restaurant manager. Couldnt beleive they recognized us from september visit and we where made to feel so welcome whilst taking my family to view at hotel which they where very impresed with. Looking forward to returing in august for 2 weeks and to my chicken william. !! Thankyou again for top rate hospitality.”

“Very Very Good :-)”

We thank this magic family for sharing their trip experience on Tripadvisor.

”we stayed at this hotel for the last week in october, for my mother in laws 75th, from the moment we arrived we had an excelent time,
I understand that people are not so happy that there is not much entertainment but i’m sure eduardo and the team will sort that out for next season,
also there are 6 or 7 other magic hotels in benidorm which you can use some better than others
all i can say is that the staff were all friendly, the food was excelent and they make you feel very welcome,
when it was the mother in laws birthday, they made a cake and all the staff came to sing for her really really made her day, thank you all

In my opinion “Love the restaurant at Villa del Mar”

Stayed at the Hotel 26th March 2007 for a week - had a great week - hotel very clean, maids cleaned room daily, shame about the road works outside Hotel - noise didn’t affect us even though we had a seaview (workmen working further down the front) would recommend sea view - paid for this on arrival 56 euros and it was worth the extra - had we booked seaview before hand it would have cost us at least £100 - so if you want to chance it that there is one available on arrival it is worth it. Food was excellent - always people there to moan that it’s not the same as home (we were in Spain) lots of choice, salads, tapas and main meals and hot and cold sweets can’t go wrong. Entertainment manager was sacked whilst we were there and new one brought in - on whole entertainment good - overall had a very good holiday - weather could have been better rained for 3 days! would recommend hotel and staff were all very friendly - would definitely book again - understand it is being refurbished in October (which it does need) so even better.

I’ve never been twice in the same hotel and I already have reservations for October.

Roscilli, Teesside. Commented a few days ago about his tenure in our hotel at past holidays. We see it very useful to understand that we are first-time visitors, therefore we will show in full below.

These apartments are in a perfect position(just behind morgans tavern pub).The rooms are lovely and clean and rooms cleaned and towels changed plenty. The staff are very helpful and are all english speaking. Lovely pool area and sunbathing terrace.Beach 2 minutes away! These apartments have 3 lifts, which is ample and all apartments have sea views. I have been to Benidorm over a dozen times and never been to the same accomodation twice but i am returning to the Vina-delmar again in October this year as they were so perfect. I booked direct with the apartments , paid a deposit and then the paid the remainder when i got there.Very easy! Website for apartments [--]

“fabulous what can i say”

Opinion of a costumer of Magic Villa del Mar, philiplane, maidenhead 21 dic 2006

My family and i stayed here for 11 nights in aug 2005 we had a very large room sea-view what a view it was just meters from the beach. food was exellent a different choice everyday. snacks were very good as well. staff wonderful could’nt do enough for you and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get served at the bar, and the measures of drink well they didnt stop pouring. the entertainment was a little drull but had some good proffessional acts which made up for the entertainment staff who i might add were very funny trying to get people to join in. the hotel is perfectly placed right on the beach across a main road, shops bars you name it all a very short walk. and dont forget if you book at this hotel you get to use all the other 10 hotels in the group free of charge and are also all-inclusive to the amigo’s group so if you find your hotel a little boring just go for a walk or catch the amigo’s free bus and visit one of the other hotels all free to you for as long as you like (24 hours inclusive now as well) so my opinion to anyone wanting a great holiday you cannot go wrong with this group ( amigo’s that is ) as we had one of the best hol’s ever spent and are returning april 2007 …..cant wait…………….
